What does this article say?

While working on the Ice Age and the geomorphology of the upper Wind River Basin between Dubois and Riverton, Wyoming (figure 2), I came to the conclusion that it is highly likely that the eruptions took place during the Flood.3 The upper Wind River Valley is about 150 km (95 mi) southeast of the Yellowstone caldera and well within the deposition of ash.

So, Oard is giving specifics for this supervolcano, not actually a generalisation for all supervolcanos.

OK, here I differ, I think the volcanos are often enough from the Flood.

But why precisely Campi Flegrei?

Well, check the uniformitarian age of Yellowstone or of Toba or the Hong Kong supervolcano!

At first, uniformitarian scientists thought the Yellowstone caldera was a result of only one huge eruption because its ash had spread over the western and central United States. However, dating the ash revealed three ages. So, it is widely believed that three Yellowstone super-volcanic eruptions occurred, 2, 1.2, and 0.6 Ma ago, late in their timescale. So, when did this super-volcano erupt in biblical Earth history?

Yellowstone, none of them carbon 14. A non-carbon radiometric age can't show you the carbon date of an event.

Also, the probable dating method isn't one which depends really on when it was, apart from the Flood cooling lava and post-Flood uranium decaying quicker in some places. This means, one cannot totally be sure there were three eruptions. But if there were, if three layers with these different dates are found in the right order on top of each other, that confirms "during the Flood" insofar as that was a time when later and shallower lava flows were cooled less quickly and trapped less argon.

The Toba eruption (also called the Toba supereruption and the Youngest Toba eruption) was a large eruption that occurred around 74,000 years ago, during the Late Pleistocene,[2] at the site of present-day Lake Toba, in Sumatra, Indonesia. It was the last in a series of at least four caldera-forming eruptions there, the earlier known caldera having formed about 1.2 million years ago.

Both eruptions on Toba are non-carbon, and are lying in the right order for an earlier and a later cooling in different amounts of Flood water.

140 million years ago is also not carbon.

This leaves as a carbon dated supervolcano, Campi Flegrei. 39 000 years ago.

Now, a challenge for CMI. If the supervolcanos were post-Flood, mostly, how did the world even survive? 700 eruptions or more during a few centuries after the Flood, we would not just have had an Ice Age, we would have had death of plant life around the globe. However, if the supervolcanos were from the Flood, most of the volcanic ash would have been washed away from the atmosphere by rains during the early stage of the Flood. And the post-Flood world would have been surviveable, as it was.
